VISITING OREGON
Many of our puppy families travel quite a distance to come pick up their puppy from us here at Juniper Ridge. Not only are we humbled and thankful for your trust in us and love of our dogs; we are also delighted to share this beautiful land we live in! If this is your first time visiting the Pacific North West we encourage you to make a vacation out of your trip and enjoy the scenery.
Whether you are flying, driving, coming in for the day or staying for a week it is our hope that you get a chance to soak in some of the beauty here and enjoy yourselves. (As if picking up your new puppy isn't enough :) We've put together some information to help you plan your trip; airports, travel distances, our favorite resorts and hotels, as well as things to see and do while you are here. Click on the links provided for more information (images are links as well) Your new puppy will be too young to do all this adventuring with you, so when making your arrangements plan to pick up your puppy on your last day, when you are headed home.
Come back! When your puppy is old enough to hike and explore with you (see our information on age appropriate exercise) ~ Central Oregon is the most dog friendly place in the world to enjoy with your best friend! See the Dog's Guide to Trails in Central Oregon for awesome hikes and more!
